These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website clubstarathletic.com and the educational services offered by Clubstar Athletic Academy ("Clubstar Athletic", "we", "us"). By accessing the website or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By creating an account or enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Clubstar Athletic offers private continuing-education programs. Program descriptions, schedules, instructors and tuition fees are provided in good faith and may be updated. We reserve the right to amend curricula and replace instructors when necessary, while preserving the integrity of the program.
Students are expected to engage respectfully with faculty, staff and peers. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism and academic dishonesty are grounds for removal without refund. Our complete Code of Conduct is provided to enrolled students.
All materials made available through the website and our programs — including videos, slide decks, exercises, software and assessments — are the property of Clubstar Athletic or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own learning. Redistribution, resale or unauthorized public posting is prohibited.

Our website and programs may reference third-party services and platforms, including financial-services partners such as national bank direct brokerage. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.
The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clubstar Athletic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Educational outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances; we make no guarantee of employment, promotion or financial result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clubstar Athletic and its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the tuition you actually paid for the relevant program in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clubstar Athletic against any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or any program if you breach these Terms, fail to make required payments, or engage in conduct that endangers other students or staff. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of the District of Montreal will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law allows you to bring proceedings in the jurisdiction of your residence.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
