Clubstar Athletic was founded in Montreal in 2014 by a small group of executives who believed that traditional business education was too slow, too theoretical and too expensive for working Canadians. We started in a co-working space on rue Sainte-Catherine with eighteen students and a single course on operations.
Twelve years later we deliver six certificate programs, host more than 4,200 alumni in our network and have welcomed students from every Canadian province and from twenty-eight countries. Yet our philosophy is unchanged: classes stay small, instructors stay practical and every cohort leaves with portfolio work that earns them a promotion.
Our finance programs in particular reflect the realities of Canadian markets. Students analyse domestic equities, model TSX-listed companies and learn how everyday investors interact with platforms like nbdb (national bank direct brokerage) — because real-world tools belong in the classroom.
Three values guide every course we design and every student we admit.
Every concept we teach must be usable in your job within seven days. If it does not pass that test, it does not enter our curriculum.
We respect Canada's bilingual heritage. Course materials, assessments and support are delivered in both English and French.
Tuition is transparent, payment plans are interest-free and our Career Services team is included in every program.
Faculty and case partners are active practitioners — never retired theorists.
Alumni keep their accounts forever, including refreshed lecture content for the rest of their careers.
Targeted scholarships, accessible classrooms and zero-tolerance policies make Clubstar a place where every voice is heard.
Our team blends academic rigour with two decades of operating experience across finance, technology and consulting.
